AIA Architectural Photography Presentation - Alistair Tutton

I just got a chance to present to the local chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and had a fantastic time. The lecture was How to Work with an Architectural Photographer and it was an absolute blast. There was a full-house and Octavian Cantilli helped me tremendously by photographing the event. If you were there I hope you had a fantastic time and I'll look forward to presenting to you again soon. Thanks to AIA Kansas City for all their help.

LaMonica Residence - 435 South Magazine

Michael LaMonica and I are darn good friends so I was really pleased to hear that not only was his home going to be featured in 435 Magazine but I was even going to get the chance to photograph it. The home is incredible; the interior detailing is beautiful and Mike was a blast to work with.

KC Mag; Room 39 - Anthem Media

Scrumptious! I got a chance to sample some of the best food in Kansas City on the recent Room 39 food review - this stuff is awesome. Luckily it's also local. The wife and I are now spending a little more time at the lovely Room 39.

HALO Foundation - KC Bartenders Competition

I must admit I don't photograph many live events but I couldn't let this one get away. Ryan Maybee from JP Wine Bar invited me to participate in doing my charity work for the week and capture the fabulous 2007 Bartender Competition for KC to benefit the HALO Foundation. A great event and a wonderful experience; please have a flick through some of the moments from the show. Talking about charity; let's get together and buy the Uptown a "w" - way to ruin a great shot!

Nara Lifestyle - 360 Architecture

Following up from the original shoot 360 Architecture had us add to their photographic portfolio in time for the latest AIA award submission. The best part was that we got to work with some people this time! A big thanks to the folk at 360 and Nara for working with us to capture some fantastic images.

Townsend Incorporated; The Reserve - Matt Sheperd Advertising

The Federal Reserve has just built a spankingly new fabulous headquarters in Kansas City and are moving out of their superb former home on Grand. It's a beautiful building right in the heart of down town with some incredible architectural features and we got to spend a lovely couple of days capturing panoramas from a variety of levels on the building and the roof top. Good fun and a lot of post production to merge all the images.
